For £22.25 a week the 12 week "Christmas Celebrations" package offers training, nutrition and education for you to transform your physique and mindset.
The aim of this program is not only to bring improvements to your shape but have you feeling more comfortable and confident which we all strive for as we take on any fitness challenge!
Rachel Fabrizio will be part of the coaching team for the Seasonal Challenges which is a great addition to the team as she has a vast amount of experience which will add a huge amount of value to this program!
To reach your full potential and to get the most out of this challenge the following will apply.
- You will need to have at least 6 months weight training experience and must be familiar and competent in using free weights. This program is purely online and does NOT include personal training support
- You must be committed to the full 12 week program as directed. Holiday commitments during the 12 weeks will inhibit your progress
- Your training program will include at least 3 weight training sessions and possibly 2-3 cardio routines. Your starting point will dictate how your programming is structured and how many cardio routines are required. You will be expected to reach a daily step target (a very important part of the program!) of at least 10,000 steps which may be increased as the program progresses. You current activity levels will influence your starting step target and your progress will dictate if we increase and by how much.
- Nutritional guidelines will be given and will need to be adhered to for the full duration. Meal plan guidance will be provided. Ideally you will be familiar with the use of tracking apps such as My Fitness Pal
- An online checkin form will be provided for you to submit EVERY Sunday over the course of the 12 weeks. This is compulsory and ensures you are provided with any alterations if and when required
- You must be in good health and have no injuries.
There is no magic formula in this plan. It requires your dedication and focus. The results cannot be guaranteed. However, if the tools and methods that are provided to you are implemented entirely, you will make considerable improvements to your physique in 12 weeks.
- LIVE Q&A before the start of the process to clarify what you should expect from this 12 week programme, to answer any queries and ensure you fully aware of what to expect across the duration
- A minimum of 2 x 6 week training programmes
- Weekly nutritional targets
- Weekly check in plus full progress review (via voice response on Whatsap)
- Access to a Private Facebook Group with other members of this challenge. This will provide you with a series of Facebook live videos and presentations to support you through the process. This includes education on the fundamentals of fat loss and how to manage your health and fitness goals after this programme. Daily themes for motivation and group interaction will also feature.
- There is NO WhatsApp support on the program - this is reflected in the pricing. All your education and questions are done through the face book group. If you choose not to go into the group it will be alot harder for us to educate you during the program.
- You have the option to add on WhatsApp support for an additional fee of £10.00 a week.

- £60.00 - Sign Registration - To secure your place and cover the building and set up of your bespoke plans.
- £89 Per month (£99.00 if you bolt on WhatsApp Support) (3 monthly payments) before the Monday 9th September or a one off payment of £267.00. (£297.00 with WhatsApp Support)
**Please note that your starting point will dictate your end result. This plan is to help you acheive more confidence, learn about how to make that physical and mental progress with a little stress as possible. If you wish, it can take you all the way to photoshoot ready - however: If you are looking for a super lean end result; please understand that unless you are starting with fairly low body fat levels, 12 weeks might not be enough time to achive that level of leaness. We are looking to support you to the VERY best version of YOU on this program.
