Revamp 12 Week PhotoshootLadies or Gents

Hey and welcome!

For just over £35 a week the Revamp12 photoshoot package offers an intense and educational period for ladies or gents to take their training and nutrition to another level  to then have your results documented by Pete Williamson Photography at the end of the process.

If this is something you're considering; the following will need to apply along with certain considerations to enable you to complete the process to it's potential...

You need to have at least 1 years weight training experience and be familiar and competent in using free weights as this program DOES NOT include personal training support, it is purely online.

You need to be committed to following the 12 week program as directed which will include at least 4 weight training sessions and possibly 2-3 cardio routines. (Your starting point will dictate how I set your program up and how many cardio routines are required)

Nutritional guidelines will be given and needed to be adhered to for the full duration. The use of a tracking app such as My Fitness Pal will make the whole 12 weeks a-lot more of an enjoyable experience. Meal plan guidance will be available at the start ONLY.

You will need to check In via an Online Check-In form EVERY Sunday. This is compulsory and helps me ensure I give you the correct changes and when needed. If I don't know whats goig on, I cannot help.

Holiday commitments during the 12 weeks will cause problems with your progress and ideally a clear run to the shoot date is recommended.

You must be in good health and have no injuries.

The process isn't magical! - I cant and won't guarantee results however I can guarantee I will give you the tools to use for you to implement and achieve considerable progress within the 12 week window. It will be tough, but it will be worth it.

We will have a consultation before you start the process to ensure this is the right program for you.

You will be added to a Private Facebook Group with other ladies and gents who have signed up. In here there will be a schedule for the Facebook live videos and presentations to assist with the process but to also educate you about the fundamentals of fat loss and managing your health and fitness goals after this process. Daily themes for motivation and group interaction will also feature.

There will be a Facebook LIVE Q&A before the start of the process so we can clarify the 12 weeks and ensure you fully aware of what this experience will bring you.

I want you to leave the 12 weeks with an education to be able to further your goals, rather than to just follow a plan for 12 weeks and not having a clue whats just happened! - Everything will be explained and made transparent so you receive a class one experience!

The price of this package (£35.41 per week) is EXCLUDING the photographer fee. (£100.00) Half of this fee must be paid before the end of week 8 and the remaining balance must be paid before you do the shoot directly to Pete.

Hair and make up is available via Utopia & Purite' at an additional fee of £50.00.

Your tan can be done by Donna at Heavenly Beauty at an additional fee of £25.00. (Donna is fully aware of the type of colour we require for the shoot - a natural and healthy looking one - this is why I recommend her!)

My Wife Rachel will be in attendance to assist with positioning the ladies during the shoot so we can show off your best curves and get you some killer shots back from Pete. I will direct the guys.
