Simply choose the package you would like and buy!
All my training sessions are focused around body composition and fatloss; therefore endurance training will NOT feature. I will be working you with resistance training (lifting weights) and metabolic circuits.
Personal Training sessions are currently only available on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday Mornings.
Once you have purchased a package you will recieve a PARQ form to complete, please bring this with you to our first session. I will contact you to arrange a date and time for your session(s)
The first session WILL ALWAYS be a screening session so I can design your training to suit your ability.
P1 - 1 PT a week £160.00 per month
P2 - 2 PT a week £300 per month
P3 - 3 PT a week £450 per month
