Revamp8 Ladies or Gents 8 Week Fat Loss

The Revamp8 Fat Loss Program is for ladies or gents who HAVE EXPERIENCE in the gym so we can hit the ground running with an 8 week intense fat loss program.

You WILL NEED to be able to commit to 3-5 weight training sessions a week and in some cases 2-3 cardio session a week. You will also have a daily step target of 10k to hit. The step count is a guide especially if you are in an office role and your daily movement is low.

You will receive calorie and protein targets to hit CONSISTENTLY and an 8 week training schedule. Suggested meal plans will be supplied as guidance to get you started.

A weekly check-In will be needed to be done and is compulsory.

This is where you complete and online form with details about your week and an up to date weight and body measurements. Pictures ARE manditory at the start and end of the process.  

You will recieve a questionaire & PARQ form after payment that will need to be completed before `I can get started on your program design. I will also conatct you in person to discuss the process in further detail.
