Making this a lifestyle for you is a huge priority to us, therefore you and I both need to give this the time to set things right!
Consider 6 months of focus (with flexibility of course) for a lifetime of knowledge and understanding of what you need to do once you're flying solo!
Being honest with you, we have the most success with our Lifestyle Package, especially with regards to the client maintaining themselves after they have graduated, when they spend more in the region of 6 months committed to this package.
This allow us as coaches to help you re-enforce and refine the new habits and skills you've learned whilst working with us.
During our call we will go over what you want to achieve, where you currently are and what your health and fitness history has been like.
This will give us the tools to devise a road map for what is achievable for you to follow and learn from so you can progress continuously in your new health and fitness lifestyle.
We understand how difficult it is no matter how determined you might be, so having a structure bespoke to you with all the relevant information and most importantly a dedicated coach to support every step of the way is going to complete the jigsaw puzzle for you!
When its time to graduate however long down the line that is, we will have given you all the tools to manage your new set up solo!
